A nurse for over 30 years, Mark has always been fascinated with how people change and grow. This explains why he primarily worked in mental health and addiction recovery. He is the author of two previous books including Reflections on the Hands of Nurse. He has authored articles on leadership and humor for several national publications. He will become a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2016. He is working to start a primary care clinic focusing on weight loss, exercise, smoking cessation and how these healthy lifestyles can be improved with a Health Spirituality.
