Mark Ryan is a mystery fiction writer with books available on As a retired science teacher he mixes science facts with his creative imagination to tell an intriguing tale. The ideas for his stories come naturally from his voracious appetite for staying active in all aspects of life. His teaching experience has spanned the grades from kindergarten to college level where he enjoyed sharing his love of science to all ages. He gleaned his education from colleges across the country including UC Berkeley, Tufts, Worcester Polytech, Suffolk University and Princeton. His hobbies and interests are in gardening, hiking, camping, boating, scuba diving, photography, painting and writing. During free time he volunteers at the local schools, senior center, library and community TV station. In addition, he enjoys sharing his interests with family, grandkids and friends.
