  • Household Helper vol 1 Household List on Sep. 17, 2011

Good idea for times when there emergencies, adult kids moving out or anyone looking to start "fresh" with their own place. Anytime you need to double check the information it's here in the book and you can apply what you or your family's needs are. Nice job with this!
  • Phantom Universe on Jan. 25, 2012

I recently discovered the author on another website and am pleased to see her here. I love her other books and highly recommend to everyone. Good solid plot lines, character development and above all you won't want to put any book down that she's written.
  • Mischievous on Jan. 31, 2012

  • My Expiration Date on Feb. 21, 2012

Great Story! You engaged me in the plot from beginning to end. I'm thinking I'd like to see a bit more of this world as the people work together to overcome their circumstances and stop the slaughter for good. Loved your idea!
  • The Magic Garden on Feb. 21, 2012

What a treat this story was! I love all the fickle and fey that life has to offer. It's always been the writers of the world who spark one's imagination and you certainly did that! I hope you try more stories along this line. Very creative and magical. Thank you!
  • Breakfast In Paris on Feb. 22, 2012

Wow! I was so not expecting the story to down this path. In the beginning it felt like a nervous meeting between two people who didn't know each other very well but had agreed to meet. It sure caught me off guard. I'll definitely be waiting for more.
  • The Old Woman from Catspaw on Feb. 22, 2012

Good job with your story. I really enjoyed it and the ending was a bit of a surprise. The story is definitely one I'll be making sure my grandsons read. Thank you!

  • Side Effects May Vary on March 11, 2012

Excellent story! I wasn't expecting the ending at all. This story reminds me of an old Twilight Zone, and just like that writer, this author made sure to keep the suspense building and delivered a whammy of an ending! Definitely a good read. I will be watching for more, and thankyou for sharing.
  • Eternity on March 18, 2012

Wonderful job with your book! I totally hated to leave off long enough to sleep. To me, that defines a great read. Thankyou for sharing it with all of us and yes, I will definitely be watching hopefully for a "next in the series" to come along. Good solid plot, character development, some interesting side stories and good use of descriptive phrases that lure the reader more deeply into the story.
  • Yesterday, I died (The Devil's Forge) on March 26, 2012

Good story! It could've used a bit more detail perhaps about the world that the main character woke up in to give the reader a bit more, however it was good in it's own right. Short, sweet and to the point.
  • A Night Meeting on March 31, 2012

I got a big kick out of the book. Good story and great idea! I'm looking forward to seeing some more from this author.
  • The Encounter on March 31, 2012

This is the second story I've read from this author. I like the author's style and how he pieces a simple story together that leaves the reader wanting more. This short could easily be made into a novella or more. Nicely done!
  • Recognition on April 01, 2012

Different type of story but definitely worth reading! I liked the premise the story was built on. Great idea and good job with your characters and keeping this reader engaged!

  • Were on April 18, 2012

Very well written story! You did a good job with the back story and weaving the plot. I didn't realise until the end what would happen. You have quite a talent with horror and should definitely keep at it. Thank you for sharing your story.
  • Perry's Requiem. on April 22, 2012

I liked your story. You did a good job with the plot and the characters. I knew something different was up from your brief description however I didn't expect it to be what it was. Good job!
  • Squandered Blessings on April 28, 2012

Wow! Parents beware:) This story was excellent in that it portrayed the emotions of the main character in such a way that it was very easy to see how important good parenting is! You did a super job with your story and building the characters. Not only was the story a great read, it left me with insight as to how parents can so easily fail their children. Thank you for a brief glimpse of what parents should never never be.
  • The Unpaved Road on May 03, 2012

Thank you for sharing your story. It was very informative and clearly straight forward. I think it's terribly sad that people have such difficulties accepting friends and family who might be a bit different. I also believe that those who look beyond and into the soul truly are blessed and will never be stuck in a "box." How wonderful you were able to move forward in your life, make an important decision, act upon it and find acceptance, peace and love.
  • The Book Reader on May 06, 2012

Nice job with your story! I really enjoyed it. Well put together and attention to detail. Thank you for sharing.
  • Accident Man on May 06, 2012

The story was good; the concept very interesting. I wasn't expecting the end at all, so kudos on that one! As is always the case, a good story will read fast and then it leaves you wanting more.
  • SELF PROMOTION: A Tale Of Workplace Terror on May 22, 2012

Wow! This story gripped me and held me tight until the end. Good job with your plot & how you carried it out. This is outstanding and I will definitely check in to see what else you come up with. Thank you for sharing your work
  • Shadow Games on June 25, 2012

I was introduced to your writing on B&N with 'Shadow Games.' I've read a few of your books and have to say you've done a great job world building, character building and keeping the reader (me) thoroughly engaged in the process. It's always a treat to come across an Indie author with talent. I read anywhere between 5 - 10 books a week and am always on the lookout for good authors. I've marked you as a favorite and hey, thank you for sharing your work! It's always a treat to read something by you.
  • Visiting Mary on June 26, 2012

I liked your story very much. Sometimes it's a good thing to see through the eyes of a child so one can understand without the "clutter" of an adult mind. Thought provoking and heartwarming. Thankyou for sharing
  • In The Company of Angels on July 08, 2012

Good story! A bit short however the author got the message across.
  • Nora's Sun on July 10, 2012

I just got done reading 'Nora's Sun' and I have to say it was an excellent well-written short story. The author did an outstanding job of building her world, the characters and the plot. I am looking forward to reading anything else this author writes. Thank you for a great read.
  • "Welcome to Hell. Would you like fries with that?" on July 15, 2012

I got quite the kick out of your story. Good job with your premise and delivery.
  • Right to Life? on July 15, 2012

Very good job with your story! I liked the ending but even more so, the thought process of the two parents. Francis Porretto has a good idea with the use of Hitler. I agree that perhaps a Ted Bundy or another serial killer would've worked, however I do feel that Hitler got the message across.
  • Avow (A Last Selkie Short Story Prequel) on July 17, 2012

I liked your story. You did a great job fleshing out your characters and even though the story was short, you had an excellent plot. I'm looking forward to reading more of your work. Thankyou for sharing!
