Meg Winkler

Biography

Meg is an author, editor, military historian, musician, and coffee junkie. She lives in the hipster-rich and uber-artistic environs of North Texas, draws inspiration from people-watching and custom playlists on her iPod, and regularly test-runs characters in RPGs. She writes all the time, probably more than she should.

Her favorite food – as cliche as it sounds – is sushi. She learned to love it while living in Japan where several restaurants required she eat food with chopsticks or starve. Her writing portfolio includes psychology and history works, pop culture reporting, and upscale coffee table books.

Her favorite subject in elementary school was recess and her quest for a good time has never gone away. A self-proclaimed action/adventurer, if Meg had a warning label, it would say, “Not afraid to wake the neighbors.”
