A friend of mine had been wanting to read Good to Great in it’s entirety, but simply couldn’t get the time to sit down and read through it. That’s when I decided to write to write Good to Great in 10 minutes or less, where the gist of every chapter is concisely written so that she could get a clear understanding of the key points and essentials even in a condensed version.
This Summary is about a naturally occurring pattern, a way of thinking, acting and communicating that gives some leaders the ability to inspire those around them. Although these “natural-born leaders” may have come into the world with a predisposition to inspire, the ability is not reserved for them exclusively. We can all learn this pattern.
