Who are Michael and Mary Woods?
We’re the authors of more than 50 published books that have sold oh, well, just a top-of-the-head estimate . . . almost a quarter million print copies, let alone the e-books. Some have won national awards. You’ll find them on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and all the online booksellers. Our books also are in just about every public library in the country. They’ve been translated into multiple foreign languages. French, Mandarin Chinese, German.
I’ve seen them, and that’s until now, most of your writing has been non-fiction.
That’s exactly correct. Most of our published books. We’ve been experimenting with fiction for several years, with draft manuscripts, and Cats in the Mouse House is the first to exit the pipeline and get published.
Someone is killing scientists who breed medicine's "test tubes on four feet," the costly, genetically engineered laboratory mice that stand in for humans in thousands of medical research projects each year. Former FBI director turned news media magnate Nicholas Drake and confidential assistant John Konecki craft a chilling cure for the diabolical killer.
