Michele Fermanis-Winward
Lives near the village of Blackheath at the top of the World Heritage area of the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney, Australia. Her home is surrounded by bush and fruit trees and is populated by native birds, possums and the occasional reptile.
Following a career in visual arts, where writing poetry was a midnight treat, she now indulges in writing daily.
She is encouraged in this by her husband, Kevin, a retired geologist.
