This is fascinating novel that will leave you anticipating for the next story!
At first, I felt that the story was very slow and rather monotonous. Almost half of the book centered around Kiethara's quiet life in the forest.
However, I became intrigued as soon as Kiethara began her journey as soon as she was out of the forest! I developed greater appreciation for the characters, especially when she and Navadar grew closer and closer to each other. This author did a great job with character development, and that was what kept me hooked onto the story, even during the first several chapters.
I can sense that Kiethara's journey in the sequel will only become more and more interesting. There are so many choices for Kiethara to make, from her duty to save the forest to settling her relationship with Navadar. I look forward to reading the next book!
