Biography

An Australian transplant who’s lived in New York City for over two decades, Ian’s writing traverses multiple media. His fiction has appeared in a number of underground publications. In the mainstream, he has written and edited for a variety of outlets including The New York Times and Harper’s Bazaar. On the small screen his efforts have been seen on PBS and cable television. When not running the financial advertising agency, Willoughby Partners, you can find him in a studio in Brooklyn blowing glass as an alternative to his days spent expelling hot air.
