Michelle Morgan


Michelle Morgan is the winner of the SCBWI Spark Award 2017 in the Older Readers category for FLYING THROUGH CLOUDS. The Spark Award recognizes excellence in independently published children's books. FLYING THROUGH CLOUDS, published in April 2017, is Michelle's new historical novel for teens. Michelle's first novel, RACING THE MOON, was published by Allen & Unwin in 2014 and released in the UK and US in 2015. Four of Michelle's plays have been performed in Short Play festivals in Sydney, Newcastle and Armidale. She has also co-written several songs with her husband, and is currently working on a new play and a novel.
