I''m a wife first and foremost. I'm lucky enough to be married to my happy-ever-after prince and have been able to stay home and write. I'm a mother and a grandmother and I LOVE those two jobs! I'm a sucker for a great romance! My debut novel was published in 2014 and I've written a handful of works since then. Entering contests, writing short-stories for blogs and for myself I've been able to continue writing even while dealing with every day life. I'm ready to get back to the grind and publish all these novels rolling around in my head.

  Another fantastic read! Jaimey Grant does it again with her tale of two young lovers torn apart by circumstance. Sometimes the things we want in life are not what is destined to be our future and it takes a twist of fate to make us realize our true path. I loved watching Michaella and Gabriel work through their long standing emotions as they discover just who they really are. Michaella is a strong, passionate, loyal woman and I found myself cheering for her as she came to terms with her inner self and the man she was truly destined to have. I loved the relationship that developed between one of my new favorite characters, Rhys Wainwright, and Michaella. He is my new man crush; well, next to Lord Heartless that is. Why? Because he is such an imperfect person with a heart forged in gold hidden away from the world until Michaella happens to him. And Michaella doesn't find herself until she finds Rhys. Next, is Gabriel, whom I loved, but not as much as Helene'. These two are so perfect for each other, it is easy to see from the very beginning. I loved Gabriel's spirit of conviction as we watch him become the man he hid deep inside until he had no other choice but to let his inner man out. But nothing in life is ever easy and we must watch as four beloved characters navigate their way through one of the most complicated relationships possible, and hope the outcome is what we wish for. This story is a compilation of three different tales that are woven together in a heart twisting saga that has you cheering for an outcome different from what you originally anticipated. I found it difficult to put this book down until I read it through to the very last "The End". This is sweet, romantic tale of two hearts that become four; with old and new characters, new love, and old memories, making this a wonderful addition to the world Jaimey has created. But be warned, once you read these Forgotten, and other Heartless Tales, you will find yourself wanting more!!
