My name is Mary Maria Papaoulakis! An Australian author and Script Writer for short animation films, graduated from the University of New England, with a postgraduate degree in Education and bachelor’s degree in English and Greek Literature. I spent my early years, teaching for special needs and diverse background’s children both at primary and secondary levels.


The legends of ancient Greek, my Greek background, years of experience, and my literary skills have captivated me to bring the magic of Greek Mythology to children and even adults around the world.
I have spent many years in European and Middle Eastern countries as a diplomat and an extensive traveller, this motivated me to bring to life Greek mythology, Fairy Tales, and even Middle Eastern stories and folklore such as a thousand and one nights, and Omar Khayyam stories for young audiences, in which I have written many Greek myths, Fairy tales, Persian, and Arabian stories, and script writer of the award winning “Daedalus and Icarus short animation film” filled with full of adventures based on courage, wisdom, and passion that captures the hearts and imaginations of readers and audiences with endless adventures of pure pleasure.
