Bill Fuller

Publisher info

Bill Fuller has spent nearly thirty years as a television writer and producer on shows such as Newhart, Night Court, Living Single and Hope & Faith, working closely with Queen Latifah, Kelly Ripa and Bob Newhart, among others. Before that, he indulged his passion for writing with stints in public relations and newspaper reporting.
He took his first stab at writing at the age of eight when he dug out his Crayolas and wrote a sequel to Mary Poppins. He eventually traded it to a friend for three packs of Batman cards, but the fire had been lit. Years later, when he was an undergraduate at Notre Dame, he got wind of the real-life romance involving the legendary Irish halfback, George Gipp, and never quite got it out of his head. So a few years ago, he decided it was time he put his fingers to the keyboard and tell the tale, which became his first novel, The Forever Year. He’s since written one more novel, A Girl’s Guide to Landing a Greek God, which won the 2016 National Indie Excellence Award, and is hard at work on the second book in that series.
He lives in Redondo Beach, California, but still holds his hometown of Warren, Ohio, close to his heart.
