Wonderful story with lots of action, some romance, and plenty of sci-fi and fantasy. A good vs evilstory. I truly enjoyed the story.
  • DiSemblance on Nov. 26, 2015

DiSemblance is a teen sci-fi book about boy, his brother, his father (who is the inventor of a secret hologram machine), the girl across the street, a serial killer, a detective, and how all of their lives are intertwined. The concept of the story is great. The layout of the story is good. The characters feeling like real people fall a bit short. The cover of the book makes you think the book is about the girl of the story but the main character seems to be the boy. The story jumps from first person view of one character to other frequently which is interesting but doesn't seem to help the story. The story had some good points but at times it was difficult to go on. I received this book in exchange for a fair review.
  • A Picture is Worth 1,000 Words on Sep. 17, 2016

A Picture is Worth 1,000 Words by Samie Sands and other talented authors. It had a wide scope of stories and various styles of writing. Very interesting. My favorite from this book was Hilltop Menagerie. The book was made to go to charity and the authors did not slack up on their writing at all. Top notch for this book. Great job. I was given this book for a honest review.
  • Monster Attack on Sep. 17, 2016

Monster Attack by Samie Sands, Arnaldo Lopez Jr, Dana Wright and many other talented writers is a terrific book that kept me entertained on each page! I had two super favorites in this book. The first is Take Out which is a pizza delivery boy during a time of monsters roaming the streets and no one else will leave their homes. The second story is a story about a psycho squirrel that may not be just all squirrel. The story is called Squirrel. That story is a hoot, I had to giggle through it! There are clowns to mermaids in here. A great collection and very well done, each one. Loved this book. I was given this book for a honest review, thanks so much, it was great!
  • A Dickens of a Trump Tale (The Bad Man Trilogy Book 1) on Oct. 17, 2016

A Dickens of a Trump Tale (The Bad Man Trilogy Book 1) by K.P. Taylor is a funny tale of Scrooge/Trump Dickens Tale using his wives as the ghosts. It is quite clever and fun. I had several giggles during this reading. A quick and fun read.
  • The Walking Jeb (The Bad Man Trilogy Book 3) on Oct. 17, 2016

The Walking Jeb (The Bad Man Trilogy Book 3) by K.P Taylor is a funny take on the republicans trying to find the "legend of Reagan's Hand" to get 5 wishes so Jeb can win the nomination and be President. Last they saw of it, W had it, ...funny story there too. I giggled all through this. Carson and Palin are in here and many other favorites. Just what I needed! Great job! Jeb does not look so foolish but all the fools around him do, as they do in real life.
  • Carnival Cruz (The Bad Man Trilogy Book 2) on Oct. 17, 2016

Carnival Cruz (The Bad Man Trilogy Book 2) by K.P Taylor is a cute political short story. Cruz escapes prison and is trying to make it to Canada but is chased of course. A clever story but not as clever as the other two stories this writer has written but it is still cute.
