Genevieve Morrissey

I received my bachelor's degree in Classical Studies (with a minor in history) from the University of California, San Diego. I then spent two years in Oxford, England, where my independent studies in Classics were very happily interrupted by the birth of my daughter. Since then, I have become an avid student of the social histories of America and Britain in the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, which I like to explore through the ephemeral writings and lesser-known literature of the period. My novel, Ant-Lands, is written as a future history, with a strong focus on characterization and human relationships.
