Cari Mostert

I’m Cari. Masquerading as a mild-mannered, freelance pen-for-hire, I fight a never-ending battle for better content, bending bad copy with my bare hands. I’m your friendly, professional, writer at large.

Words are my building blocks, creating the skyscrapers, bridges, and highways you’ll need to reach your chosen goals. From a simple blog post to a technical report, from B2B or B2C, from you to your army of faithful fans, I have all the words you’ll ever need.

I craft content; make machinery exciting, turn building contractors into stars, give home security an edge, brand your business with distinction and all this, while never missing a deadline.

Growing up in Los Angeles, I studied English and Art at UCLA. Now, I write and edit for clients all over the world, combining WordPress fluency with strong research skills and keen attention to detail.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me exploring the wilderness – camera in hand – or cooking up a feast for friends and family.

Want to know more?
After UCLA, the travel bug bit and I’ve had some interesting adventures; retail in the USA, gourmet cooking in Scotland, real estate sales in Africa and financial management in London.

Psst! Wanna know a secret? Apart from my inexplicable craving for adventure – I hunt down misused and abused homophones and write about them here!

It’ll be our secret.
