Dave Keane

After spending so much time reading books to my kids, I decided I'd try my hand at children's books. It's been a blast. I've visited schools all over the country. I've talked to thousands of kids about writing, illustrating, and using your imagination. And I've received tons of incredible letters and emails from parents and kids from just about everywhere.

My books available now: "Daddy Adventure Day," a picture book illustrated by Sue Rama; "Sloppy Joe," a picture book illustrated by Denise Brunkus; "Bobby Bramble Loses His Brain," a picture book illustrated by David Clark; and the six adventures in the "Joe Sherlock: Kid Detective" chapter book series, which I wrote and illustrated. "Monster School, First Day Frights," a funny beginning reader book written and illustrated by me, arrives in 2012
