I am a 40 year old Woman of German descent residing in Arizona
who is a Female Supremacist. I have been active in the BDSM, D/s lifestyle for over 10 years but I don't broadcast it from the rooftops or go to munches or fetish parties.
Dominance hasn't always been a part of my life. I used to be the typical American Woman who was very submissive. I yearned for my knight in shining armor to come swooping out of the mountains and whisk me off my feet into the land of happily ever after. Well, he came and after five years he went.
he was a very attractive man but a lousy lover and an even worse husband. So, on our 5th anniversary I filed for divorce and never looked back.
If I hadn't left my husband I would have never discovered the Femdom lifestyle.
I discovered the lifestyle by accident. I was "pursued" by a gentleman in my office. He never asked me out directly, just seemed to be lurking in shadows watching me or staring at me at times. This resulted in me confronting him. Long story short he turned out to be submissive and he introduced me to the lifestyle. We embarked on a non-traditional alternative relationship that led to me discovering this amazing lifestyle and to him becoming my lifestyle submissive-slave.
I have taken many of my encounters with him and other submissive men and turned them into short stories. The stories that I write are somewhat based in fact and somewhat based in fiction. I have changed some of the names, places and incidents to protect the "innocent". :-)
How do you approach cover design?
My skills as a photographer come in handy when it comes to creating my cover design. Since my stories are erotic in nature I utilize my extensive fetish wardrobe consisting mostly of leather during a photoshoot. I get an idea in my head for an image, call up a friend of mine who is a model and a similar size as myself and shoot a variety of pictures.
Then I edit the pics in Photoshop/Illustrator to create the title, font etc.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Fire Starter - It's the first book by Stephen King that I ever read. I was riveted and could not put it down. You'll See It When You Believe It by Dr. Wayne Dyer - His books are positive and true. Steve Jobs by Walter Isaacson - I am a Mac user and have been fascinated with their products for years. I loved getting insight to one of the greatest minds of our time.
