My review of The Road Has Eyes by Art Rosch This e-book was such a pleasant surprise for me and it was all I could do to put everything aside and not read it straight through. You know how some times you'll read a book and start wondering how much longer a chapter is or how many more chapters there are? No such problem here! The story is personal, funny, sad, happy, realistic and informational. As I read the story I imagined that Art and I showed up at a bowling alley (you name the activity) as individuals to join a league and were paired up with three guys that were already good friends. So we immediately bonded as the two newbies. Each Wednesday night after the games we would retire to the bar and Art would tell me pieces this amazing story of his experiences. So I would get more and more excited to hear (read) the next chapter. By the end of the season (book) I felt that I really new Art and his partner Fox. I felt energized and happy because they faced each problem with gusto and a sense of humor. For me it is a very personal connection. Another plus is the users guide to living and traveling in an RV. I know now I could stand toe to toe with an aggressive RV salesman and hold my own. I also found myself laughing out loud comparing some of Art's experiences to mine back when I would pack the family into the VW camper bus and head into the Rocky Mountains from Denver for a weekend of camping. Thanks Art for a terrific read and I'll see you Wednesday nights at the bowling alley. Murry Grigsby
