Neil Booth


Neil Booth was born in Hartlepool, Tyne and Wear, UK, in February 1942 and is married to Yvonne. He now lives in Bradford, West Yorkshire. By profession, he is a chartered accountant and, until his retirement in 1994 was a leading UK tax specialist. His standard reference works include Residence, Domicile and UK Taxation published by Butterworths and National Insurance Contributions published by Tolleys. For several years he also wrote and published a monthly journal on Contribution law called Booth’s NIC Brief. Now he spends most of his time as a web designer.
