Neil Platten

Biography

Hi and thanks for reading!

For many years I watched people struggle with what they were trying to achieve and so I set about creating an easy to follow process. That was the seed for my book that you are now viewing. Most of the time, a simple nudge is all that is really needed and that's what this book does.

Since I wrote this book, I have gone on to establish a successful personal growth program to help people overcome their issues and to create the life that they truly desire. For me, this is the most rewarding thing I can do and is the reason I get out of bed every morning!

Helping others to succeed has opened my eyes to the innate power in each of us to be truly amazing and wonderful. I love being able to bring a little bit more love and joy in to the world.

Thank you for taking the time to read and here's to your success.

Smashwords Interview

Do you remember the first story you ever read, and the impact it had on you?
I don't actually remember the first story I ever read but as a small child I had a fairly large collection of Little Golden Books. As I got older, my book case evolved and today is a collection of a number of different genres. From a very young age I was encouraged to read for the pleasure of it which is how my enjoyment of reading survived school when so many others didn't!
How do you approach cover design?
My approach so far has been to come up with concepts then show them to random people to see how they respond. Importantly, I check to make sure that the idea conveys the right concept and they associate it with what I am writing about.
