I came across this wonderful little booked quite by accident really and it has changed my whole way of looking at everyday challenges. It's innovative method of dealing with your fears was the highlight of the book for me. It is very easy to read and what I really liked was the understanding of the author of her subject matter and the techniques she has provided. I would highly recommend this book to any one who needs to change their thinking in order to be the very best that they can be. Bernie Tracey
