Ahmed Adesanya

Biography

Adesanya Ahmed, CRISC, CGEIT, ACMA, ACPA, is an IT security and connectivity consultant. Ahmed has contributed to series of IT trends in both International Journals and Magazines. Ahmed holds a Master Degree in Finance from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified in Governance of Enterprises IT (CGEIT), Associate of Chartered Management Accountants (ACMA) and an Associate of Chartered Public Administration (ACPA) amongst others. He was one of the selected Speakers for the 2013 Cyber Summit by International Cyber Threat Task Force. He was also appointed as a consultant on PCIDSS compliance for the Lagos Data Center (Tier 4 data center) by Venema Advies Ltd
One of his (Meeting PCIDSS when using a cloud service provider) was officially recommended as additional guidance for securing the cloud computing environment by Payment Card Industry Standards Security Council (PCISSC), an open global forum that is responsible for the development, management, education and awareness of the PCI data security standard (PCIDSS) and other standards that have increased payment data security. It was founded in 2006 by the major payment card brands America Express, Discovery Financial Services, JCB International, MasterCard Worldwide, and Visa Inc.
Ahmed has recently made a brake through in using TV white space (available frequency within UHF and VHS) to solve the last-miles internet connectivity challenges, and using mobile devices management (MDM) to manage mobile devices security and threat of mobile devices within or at the remote centers inclusive with the future wave of technology, this was recently published by ISACA international Journal Volume 6, 2013.
