Paul Choy

I am Paul Choy, originally from the UK, but now living on the tropical island of Mauritius, where I am lucky enough to meet amazing people and do amazing things.

I’m a business investor with over two decades experience of building companies. I am a former World Karate Champion and present day adventure addict, passionate about promoting health and fitness as a way of life. You will find me, most days, by the ocean, walking and running on the whitest sand, surfing and diving the bluest waters.

I enjoy creative pursuits, such as writing books, photography and innovating things for people to enjoy.
