This is the second book of Dr. Starr’s that I’ve read and even though this is only a 40+ page book, it really met my needs. While I would not call myself obese or overweight, I do wish to have a slimmer figure, and the traditional methods of diet and exercise were simply not working for me. Being a psychologist and understanding that hypnosis could help, I figured there had to be a better solution.
You really get your money’s worth with this book. You receive a good, full-length professional-grade hypnosis script, two master hypnosis inductions and complete instructions to conduct the session and also to record it.
The best part is that the book manages to do a great job of explaining the process of using self-hypnosis to lose weight. I’m so excited to share this book with my friends.
