Biography

Luca was born in Tuscany, a region in Central Italy known for its delicious and addictive culinary styles. As a child, he would visit his nonna and like any traditional Italian family, they would feast every Sunday after church. This developed his interest and love for food early on.
At the age of 8, Luca and his family immigrated to North Beach, San Francisco in the US where the family opened up their first Italian restaurant. During his teens Luca loved to be in the kitchen of the restaurant. He would spend hours after school helping in the kitchen and he would even cook quick meals for his soccer team.
However, his excessive love of food did come with a price. Weight.
In his mid-20’s Luca was on the brink of obesity when he decided to make a change. His goal was to develop a set of meal plans for various diets that were high in flavor, but healthy and great for weight loss.
That’s when these series was born!
With these diet plans Luca was able to lose 10 pounds within 1 month and now you have the option to do the same. Luca’s recipes are well developed and calculated and you will find his cookbooks and guides to be simple but very effective. Besides the health benefits, Luca’s recipes are also very delicious and great for the one simply looking to bring something new and tasty to their plate.
