Publisher info

Born in Bristol, UK 1948, Phillip grew up in the post war times of shortages and ration books. In the midst of a nation that was trying to rebuild itself, and with evidence of the devastation all around him, this provided the backdrop for a young and enquiring mind to want to discover much more about life and the motivations behind why people did such things.

Living among working class families and mixing with their children, where the only entertainment was what you made for yourself, even at that age it left many questions unanswered about the truly perplexing nature of life. With no television and only books or the radio to provide information, the view of the outside world was very limited. Nevertheless, the impression gained through close observation of community spirit and the determination to overcome adversity was to make a lasting impact.

Initially trained in electronics at Bristol University, he went on to work for the Bristol Aircraft Company (later to become British Aerospace) as a mainframe computer engineer while supporting a similar system to that which provided the flight simulation facilities for the moon landings.

Eventually leaving to start a business in the electrical/electronic design and installation industry, this evolved into spending many years in the music and show business arena while working with various TV and sound production companies in both the UK and Europe. This also involved providing live sound systems and engineers for a variety of famous acts and individuals who toured many countries of the world.

After becoming an experienced private pilot and then writing magazine articles on the subject, Phillip took up writing books as the result of a life changing experience while flying his own light aircraft. As a consequence of this, and the subsequent search for the meaning of existence, helping others to find love and happiness while understanding more about life is now the motivating force behind his writing.

Having lived through the most dramatically changing period of earth's history, and experiencing life from both ends of the spectrum, the question of what guides our choices and how influential they are to our individual journeys has become extremely important. While continuing the search for wisdom and truth, much has been revealed which can now be shared.
