Smashwords book reviews by PJ Hale

  • Taking Amber on Feb. 15, 2013

Well done story with good character development. I appreciate the way the characters talk together and get over their initial awkwardness about their own feelings. Definitely would read more from this author.
  • Helen (Oral, Humiliation, Cum Play) on Feb. 24, 2014

Cute, short story between a loving couple. Love it.
  • Destroying His Sassy Roommate on Aug. 05, 2016

I'd classify this as a stroke story -- very little character development but jumps quickly to fairly well-written description of hot sex. Basically, the slut wants it and he gives it to her.
  • 52 Sinful Sensations II on Aug. 08, 2016

More poetic than narrative. You'll need to find yourself in this one. If that's what you want, it is artfully written.
  • BDSM Erotica on Aug. 08, 2016

Somewhat poorly written stroke stories where all the cocks are huge (and women throw themselves at them just because they are big) and the women are all sluts whose only goal in life is to prove they are bigger cocksuckers than their friends. On the bright side, if you are interested in this kind of male fantasy, there may be some new ideas for you here.
  • BDSM Erotica on Aug. 08, 2016

Several short stories bundled together. The concepts are male fantasy and include rough sex. Characters are pretty one-dimensional (sexual) and there are enough grammatical errors to be distracting.
  • Beautifully Mine on Aug. 09, 2016

Cute, romantic little short story. Focus is on the romance, not on the BDSM, which is nice. Well written.
  • First Night on Aug. 23, 2016

Erotic and graphic but with more insight into the characters' thoughts and motivations than much of the writing in this genre.
  • Flesh on Aug. 23, 2016

This is what a BDSM romance should be -- insightful, restrained, hopelessly romantic despite the topic. This is just a short "teaser" intro to the characters in the series but it is still delightfully well written and makes you want to read more to find out how it all turns out.
  • Indecent Games on Aug. 23, 2016

Probably not fair for me to write a review as I didn't finish the whole book. Difficult to read past the bad grammar and laughable word choices.
