Peter Jacobs

Born and raised in New York City, Peter Jacobs received an economics degree from New York University, and was the VP-Marketing and Sales at Brodart Co., then the 3rd largest US book and library materials supplier to school, public and academic libraries and bookstores. In 1982, he started Professional Media Service Corp. distributing audio-visual materials to libraries worldwide. During his career, he was a frequent speaker at the American Association of Publishers and the American Library Association conferences. Peter's second career following the sale of his company was as an airshow pilot, flying his Angel 7 L-39 jet aircraft throughout America, Mexico and Puerto Rico. Peter travelled extensively though more than 50 countries, assiduously following both domestic and international politics, and the economics of governments and societies. Peter thus brings a knowledge and awareness with which to view America's condition. Peter has lived in New York, California and Florida.
