Smashwords book reviews by P'kaboo Publishers

  • Conning the Princess on April 19, 2016

A delightful short-story. I really enjoyed this one. "Baobi", a con-man, gets himself in deeper than he expected in a mission to con a piece of jewellery off the princess Darlene. I didn't see the endings coming - either of them. There are a few literals and spelling inconsistencies which will hopefully be gone in the next upload. However the story flows exceptionally well. Well done, Tadeu Aratel. (Review by Lyz Russo)
  • The Juniper Tree on May 07, 2016

A real, eerie folk tale. Masterfully retold.
  • The Trombonist of Munst on April 27, 2019

What an amazing, touching story! It captures the essence of music, along with a number of other essences. Either the author is a musician himself or an avid music lover, of the real kind.
