Sara Warner's Still Waters won the GRAND PRIZE in all fiction as well as winning the General Fiction category and was a top-5 finalist in Suspense/Thriller. The News in Small Towns, the first novel in Iza Moreau's Small Town Series, was awarded finalist medals in two categories: Mystery Fiction and Regional Fiction. Not bad for a couple of people who live on horse farms.
