Ray Davis

Biography

The author, Ray Davis, received his Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Georgia in 1967. He was married later that year, and has lived for most of the past forty-three years with his family in Northwest Florida.

During the 1980s he founded Appealing Appaloosas, Inc., and raised, gentled and sold Appaloosa horses of the Plaudit bloodline.

From his youth, having lived in a rural setting, he was drawn to researching the old West and the wild mustangs that helped to win it.

He authored hundreds of health-related and outdoor newspaper articles during the 1980s in the Beach Bay News in Northwest Florida.

He continues to practice pharmacy, writes novels and resides in Northwest Florida with his wife, Debbie.
