First timer in writing, or publishing, for that matter. I've always been sort of a "dreamer" when it came to writing books. I've started many a book only to get stuck in the middle or lose interest or hope of making it worthwhile. I realise now that the only person who can make it worthwhile is myself. I'm now trying to turn my "dream" into reality.
It hasn't been easy but they say no pain no gain. I just hope my readers see something in my books and hopefully get a good read out of them......and for those who might wonder, Zach Robertson is just a pen name.
When did you first start writing?
My first attempt was way back in high school, a little four page venture about the mafia that got swiftly cast aside as laziness set in. My next attempt was two years, trying to revive the same mafia idea but again time and interest slowly cast a shadow.
What's the story behind your latest book?
My latest, & coincidentally, first book is set in a fictional world where vampires and werewolves surprisingly live together, albeit in an awkward manner. The book starts off with a prologue of the different background of the four main characters and then follows how their various paths are entwined when they all start new lives in the same town. Amidst all the romance, supernatural pun and secrecy, a day is dawning where life as everyone knows it will never be the same again.
The Camarilla and the Black Hand share a long and bitter feud that goes beyond the limits of imagination and will do anything to end one another's existence. A mythical Book containing supernatural powers granted from their ancestors lies buried and forgotten somewhere, waiting for the day it will be unearthed and unleash an unspeakable evil on earth.
Sereneville Town is famous for its peace and tranquility, two things threatening to be overshadowed by the darkness harboured within. Tensions will run high as ancient enemies battle for supremacy, friends battle each other and families battle their demons.
Sereneville Town is a beacon of peace and tranquillity.....and a harbourer of dark forces. Although living in rigid harmony, ancient enemies have never forgiven nor forgotten. Now, old wounds are about to be reopened and the streets of the town will run red with blood.
I was intimidated at first by the length and what, from a glance, looked like complicated stuff but when I eventually sat down to tackle it, I found it wasn't so bad. I gained Premium Status only on my second try! & it's all thanks to this book. one love mark...
well as with all eroticas, this book had it's good moments. perhaps the one drawback was the kind of repetitive descriptions of what was happening, especially in the first scene with pam & the orgy. also, there was a point where past & present tense were a bit confusing to tell apart...other than that, I think it was a good read, I especially liked the anal scenes. short and sweet.
