Rebecca Birch is a fantasy and science fiction author based in Seattle, Washington, where it really doesn't rain every day. Her support team includes her husband, who gives her the freedom to dedicate time to writing, and her son, a precocious teen with a keen editorial eye.

Her fiction has been featured in Penumbra eZine, the Grantville Gazette: Universe Annex, Abyss & Apex, and Every Day Fiction. She has been a finalist in the Writers of the Future contest.

Rebecca enjoys singing and practicing Tae Kwon Do.
