Biography
My sister Betty and myself authored the Blue Book of Happiness and Success in hope to help thousands or millions of people that struggle with happiness and success. My background has been mostly in Real Estate for the past 25 years. I was born in Nevada, Missouri, joined the Navy for 4 years, started a business and completed college as a full time student while still working.
I have been a business owner for the last 50 + years. During this time period my life goal has always been to help people that seem to always struggle in an attempt to do better in life. With real estate skills and continued training I felt qualified in most areas to provide a helping hand to others. I have created many training manuals and booklets to help improve new real estate agents future years and to provide them with step by step plans to improve their life's. I decided to write a book with my sister Betty who honestly had most of the skills in the writing department. We are now making this available to the world and my hopes
are that it will help those that will take the time to absorb it's contents to live a happy and successful life.
