If it's possible to call a horror story adorable, then this collection is 'adore-horror'ble! Memory serves me to recall my children growing up and being fascinated with things that go bump in the night; loved being frightened as long as they felt safe. Had Kizzylee's book been available to me when they were of that age, this would have fit the bill to a tee. The stories are written plainly with an ease that would be a delight to read with a child in the manner one would tell a ghost story around a campfire. I can't wait to read this to my grandchildren, when they are of an age, perhaps 8 years the youngest I would go. I would hazard a guess that this author has children who have grown up listening to their Mum tell stories. Delightful!
