  • The Dom Who Loved Me, Masters and Mercenaries, Book 1 on July 02, 2012

Great start to a new series.
  • Held Captive by the Cavemen on Aug. 02, 2012
    (no rating)
Wow. I read an excerpt from this on a blog and had to buy the novella. It's a quick read (45 pages) but worth the price. I will definitely be buying more from this author.
  • Held Captive by the Cavemen on Aug. 03, 2012

    Forgot the stars :)
  • Nobody's Perfect (Rescue Me Saga #3) on Sep. 20, 2012

Kallypso Masters tackles difficult subject matter head-on. Rather than glossing over PTSD and abuse issues and making the characters have miraculous recoveries, Kallypso shows the difficulties people who suffer from these problems have in dealing with everyday life. Triggers can occur at any time (words, smells, music, situations) and the journey to healing is long and complicated. The memories can never be erased but the survivor's "perception" can be changed from negative to positive. Damian and Savi both have many issues to work through and by helping each other they strengthen their relationship and both regain control over their lives. Nobody's Perfect shows how the BDSM community comes together to protect and heal their own. Keep a box of kleenex handy. Well done Kally!
  • Last Call (Contemporary Romance) (Heat Wave Novel #2) on Oct. 02, 2012

Alannah Lynne has written another terrific entry to the erotic "Heat Wave" series. The characters are realistic and the suspense is gripping. The characters are different than in the first "Heat Wave" book SAVIN' ME, but by the third book in the series there will be a merge and continuation of characters.
  • Brie Pleases her New Master (After Graduation, #1) on Jan. 29, 2013

Another page-turner by Red Phoenix. Brie continues her education as a submissive. Despite a couple of judgement errors on Brie's part, she and Sir are on the road to a wonderful relationship. (reviewed the day of purchase)
  • Socrates Inspires Cherry to Blossom (The Online Dom) on Jan. 26, 2014

I absolutely loved this latest Red Phoenix book. It gives some very sage advice to people who are interested in the BDSM lifestyle but don't know where to begin. Red Phoenix also gives pointers on how NOT to be taken advantage of. Kudos, Red.
  • The Keeper Finds Her Mate (Keeper of Wolves, #2) on March 10, 2014

Another 5-star showing from Red Phoenix. Layla has a tough decision to make regarding 3 suitors. She makes her choice and seals the deal just before the next moon ritual. I'm loving these novelettes and hope there are more to come.
