Biography
As a rebellious youth Rod travelled much of the world and developed a passion for trying different cuisines.
Rod eventually returned home to New Zealand where he raised five children and became a grandfather to three, who he shares his passion with to always try new foods.
Rod is now an active member of local community groups, but still finds time to devoutly practise his culinary skills- he proudly admits as a single parent to expanding his horizon from Chinese takeaways and stir fry to foods that are slightly more inventive... and edible.
His children still show up for dinner whenever they can.
