Smashwords Interview

Do you remember the first story you ever wrote?
Oh yes, it was really bad. Of course it involved my friends and I as the main characters and my childhood crush as my love interest. There was zero plot and nobody read it, but it was awfully fun to write! No, I won't be publishing it here!
How do you approach cover design?
Graphic design is not my forte, but I've made some very pretty covers using online programs. I like a simple but elegant cover showing a pattern or landscape. I don't like people on the cover, because I want the reader to decide for themselves what the characters look like.
