I was born and reared in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and moved to Omaha, NE in 2005. I was diagnosed with Stargardt's disease when I was seven. This visual impairment caused my central vision to deteriorate and I have been living with only seeing a small part of the world ever since. This lack of perception allowed my imagination to wander, and I have been telling myself stories and crafting new adventures in my head ever since.
My hobbies include watching the Texas Rangers baseball team, enjoying Japanese animation, podcasting, playing role playing video games, reading fiction of all time periods, and watching historical documentaries.
When I write, read, or watch media I like to analyze the stories from all angles and see the hidden special details that others might miss. When finishing a novel I often wonder what far reaching consequences would follow the characters for the rest of their lives. My first novel was an attempt to show how my original story idea would be felt by generations to come and how the decisions of one day could echo down the ages. I always want to know how happily the ever after turns out to be.

Prey For Vengeance
by Chris Dodson
Nina emerges from the shadows to enter the four way international family feud. Her killing ground is a school hosting the children of her enemies. Instead of assasination attempts and poisoners that she had trained for, she finds herself gathering allies and enemies of her own.
My Turn-ons Include Napalm
by Chris Dodson
Nina's friend and his family are killed by a Brazilian drug cartel. She calls on her family's assets and on Fritz, her new found love, to avenge him and give some peace to the people of Brazil that sheltered her while running from her own enemies. This short takes place shortly after the "Prey for Vengeance" novel but serves as a standalone.
