They literally are giving every secret away to get you the best price possible. Things to look out for, what sales people hate, what scares them and who is holding the trump card! It is an easy read, witty and funny. Believe me, when I say I thought we were always getting the "Best Price" since we got an employee discount, I really thought we were. I'm not so sure anymore. I will definately try these techniques the next time I go to buy a car.
