I have been training myself for over 40 years and have over 25,000 hours of personal training experience. Guiding men, women and teens to reach their most personal of goals I believe everybody deserves to live a life to its fullest. I'm Dad to three sons, an avid diver, backpacker, mushroom hunter and sunset lover.
