Biography
We live in the countryside and my wife, Hortensia also likes plants. She loves flowers and I concentrate on vegetables and fruit trees
I have had different stages in my professional life and am now a farmer, which in many ways has been the most rewarding
This stage started sowing peas in a rented plot of land, which led to my building a greenhouse where we produce mostly cherry tomato
There is now a second greenhouse where we produce lettuce and corn salad (or mâche as it is called in France)
We also have blackberries, artichokes, raspberry, asparagus, nopal, walnut, apricot, pear, apple, peach and prune trees as well as herbs. Over the years we have grown many other vegetables
