Renee grew up and resides on an island in southern New Jersey. She enjoys spending her time reading, yarning, and feeling the sand between her toes.

What motivated you to become a writer?
I loved hearing stories as a kid, they mostly consisted of fantasy and fairy tales but I found them very entertaining and inspiring. Eventually, I started making up my own stories and developing my own worlds. So as I got older my imagination developed more and more and became a powerful tool that I hope to use to help others escape everyday life, even just for a little bit!
What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Watching my characters and the worlds they inhabit begin to take form and seeing others enjoying my work.
