I have been working in manufacturing since 1993 getting my start as a temporary helper in a book bindery, moving up to several roles in the printing department, including offset press operator, before moving into a supervisory position.
Since 2003 I have held various supervisory and management roles overseeing offset printing departments and production scheduling.
Today, I manage an offset printing department for a large packaging company and manage six machines and 64 employees.
Along the way, I completed my bachelor’s degree with a double major in Business Administration and Marketing from Lakeland College in Plymouth, WI in 2011.
I have completed many management training programs and certifications including:
• G7 Professional
• Six-Sigma Green Belt
• Welch Way Leadership Training
• Franklin-Covey Leadership Training
In my spare time, I enjoy reading history and fiction, spending time with my wife and children hiking, biking, and camping, volunteering as a Cub Scout Cubmaster, and sharing my knowledge with others.
