Biography
Noel Forest Price, born in North Carolina during the Korean War, grew up moving around the US, home steading in Alaska and finally settling with his parents on the Olympic Peninsula in the early 1960’s. After high school, Noel again began traveling from Honolulu to Berlin, playing acoustic music where ever possible and snapping the odd photograph. Returning to school at 29 years old, he earned an undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Washington. Afterwards he experienced a number of different vocations and became an avid sailor, living on his 30 foot cutter, Branwen, for many years. Noel maintains a residence in Washington with the renowned artist, Marina Vladimirovna Shipova, a dog, cat and three chickens.
