This book is a quick read, and is quite a resourceful one too. The one thing that stands out for me is that it has brought me into an awareness of what it is that I need to focus on to start bringing my life into balance. I've slowly started making changes, and I believe that it is due the awareness message conveyed through the writing in this book. The theory is both simple and profound. Thank you.
