Smashwords Interview

What's the story behind “The Eleventh Sibyl”?
It's a tale of awe and wonder about Italy, a land which seems to be still inhabited by ancient Gods. Sure enough this impression is conveyed by the whole of Italy, with her antique heritage and Roman ruins; yet, the sinister lore about the Apennine Sibyl and her subterranean realm concealed beneath a solitary mountain-top in central Italy strikes the dreamer with a fascination that is definitely eerie and peculiar.
Why do you think your novel may be a thrilling experience for readers?
My book is for dreamers. My preferred reader is a lover of ancient stories, filled with mystery and sinister hues. He/she is tickled by centuries-old enigmas marking specific places around the world: one of such places is Mount Sibyl, in Italy. A location well worth an exploration: it is not Hogwarts or the Middle-earth, my novel is about a real place. That's one of the key strengths of my novel.
