M. F. Erler
M.F. Erler has been writing since she was about 14 years old. In fact, some of the initial ideas and characters for “The Peaks at the Edge of the World” were conceived when she was in high school, while writing assignments for freshman English class. Fantasy and Science Fiction have long been among her favorite reading materials. She is also interested in history, comparative religion, ecology, and music. Her previous publications include non-fiction articles in “Today’s Christian Parent” and “Social Studies and the Young Learner.” She has worked as an Environmental Education teacher and facilitator, and also as a music teacher. Hobbies include reading, playing the guitar and piano, and needlework. She and her husband, Paul, have two adult children. All make their home in northwest Montana.
