Scott Regan

Biography

In the last 20 years, Scott has worked with more than 100 organizations on issues related to strategy development, execution management, branding, and cultural transformation. He has been involved in more than 250 strategic and operational plans, and his work has yielded tremendous results, including a $40 million turnaround in 24 months for one organization and a $47 million turnaround in less than four years for another. A national thought leader on leadership strategy, he has also presented keynotes, seminars, and workshops to more than 400 national, regional, and state organizations.

Scott’s insights stem from a rich management career that includes leadership experience in healthcare, quality management, and software technology. From 1998 through 2006, Scott served Memorial Health in Savannah, Georgia, in a variety of capacities, including a five-year stint as executive vice president and chief operating officer. He was the principle architect of the organization’s corporate culture initiative that landed Memorial Health on Fortune’s list of “100 Best Companies to Work For” and Thomson Reuters’ list of “100 Best Hospitals in America” – four years in a row.

In 2007, Scott joined the Juran Institute, a global quality management consulting firm, as executive vice president of the company’s newly formed healthcare practice. After growing the division to more than $6 million in annual revenues in two years, he left to start work on AchieveIt, a technology firm that provides cloud-based strategic planning software across multiple industries. Scott raised more than $5 million in venture capital funding and grew AchieveIt to more than 300 clients throughout North and South America before leaving to focus his career on the cultural aspects of execution.

Scott has won numerous national awards and has served on the boards of national, regional, and state organizations. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Health Services Administration, and is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt and a certified Lean Sensei. In 2002, Scott received the Award for Individual Professional Excellence from the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development of the American Hospital Association.
